• Selected text is securely transmitted to our server for emotion-aware translation using AI models.
• The result is immediately returned to your browser and displayed inline or in the extension UI.
• No translation results or user data are stored or logged on the server.
• User settings are stored locally to improve your experience and convenience.

3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Access

We never share, sell, or rent any data to third parties. All text submitted to our API is processed in memory and not stored. We do not use tracking scripts, analytics tools, or advertising platforms.

4. Use of Remote Code

This extension communicates with a secure backend API to perform the AI-powered translation.

• No third-party scripts or dynamic code is loaded into the extension.
• We only use HTTPS calls to our own backend infrastructure.

5. Permissions Explanation

• storage: Used to save user preferences locally.
• contextMenus: Enables translation via right-click.
• activeTab: Allows accessing selected text on the current tab for translation.
• host permissions: Required to connect to the API endpoint securely.

All permissions are strictly limited to the extension’s functionality and are not used for any tracking or data collection purposes.
